I think my value as a real estate professional includes prompt and timely communication which I feel is key to a successful real estate transaction. Experience is also what I bring to the table, I understand the process and can communicate that to my clients.

I also have extensive knowledge of the structural and material aspects of a home. I may perhaps see things that my client may not during a showing. Inspections are ultimately going to reveal material defects, but understanding structural integrity and how the houses have been maintained could save time and money in the house-buying process.

I am also skilled at communicating with a wide variety of people. I have been involved in transactions where a seller chooses to work with my buyer because of the way that I communicate with them. I have had a couple of my buyer’s offers accepted solely based on my direct and professional communication with the seller. As a listing agent, I offer exceptional marketing assets and investments, my listings stand out and have proven to attract buyers over other listings of a similar scope.

I sincerely place my client's best interests as my number one priority. I do tend to explain to both buyers and sellers of mine that both parties should be equally respected and heard in the transaction. I approach transactions with the level head, considering what is reasonable and what is rational on both sides of the transaction. I bring to the table skills and experience in writing competitive offers, preparing my buyers well ahead of time to write the most competitive offer they are capable of writing, while also considering affordability for my clients into the future, so as not to over-extend my clients, or put them under potential financial stress.
